Returns & Exchanges
At Petite A Studio, each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted, guaranteeing unique and exclusive products. We trust you will be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, if for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, we explain the conditions under which we accept them:
- The product has a defect or damage.
- An incorrect size has been selected and you wish to exchange it.
- The product received does not meet expectations.
Requests for exchange or return must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
For a return to be valid, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its original packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Since each piece is made entirely by hand, without the use of molds, there may be small differences in size, shape or color, which are part of the exclusivity of each item and will not be considered defects or a reason for return or refund.

Costs and conditions for exchanges and returns
If the exchange is due to a size difference or because the product does not meet your expectations, the shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer two options for processing returns:
- Shipping at customer's expense: You can manage the return using your preferred courier service. Petite A Studio is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments until the package is received at our facilities.
- Shipping coordinated by Petite A Studio: We can arrange for product collection. The cost of this service will be charged in advance, and any customs fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
