Exchanges and Returns

At Petite A Studio, each of our pieces is carefully handcrafted, ensuring unique and exclusive products. We trust that you will be fully satisfied with your purchase; however, if for any reason you need to make an exchange or return, we explain the conditions under which we accept them:

• The product has a defect or damage.
• An incorrect size was selected, and an exchange is desired.
• The received product does not meet expectations.

Exchange or return requests must be made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

For the return to be valid, the item must be in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging intact. Please note that personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Given that each piece is entirely handmade, without the use of molds, there may be small differences in size, shape, or color, which are part of the exclusivity of each item and will not be considered defects or grounds for return or refund.

Costs and conditions for exchanges and returns

If the exchange is due to a size difference or the product not meeting your expectations, the shipping costs and any potential taxes or customs duties will be borne by the customer.

We offer two methods for managing returns:

• Shipping at the customer's expense: You can manage the return using the courier service of your preference. Petite A Studio is not responsible for losses or delays in shipping until the package is received at our facilities.
• Shipping coordinated by Petite A Studio: We can arrange for the product to be picked up. The cost of this service will be borne by the customer, charged in advance, and any customs costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
