All orders are prepared and shipped from Barcelona, ​​Spain.

We ship both nationally (Spain) and internationally.
Cost and delivery time may vary depending on the destination and the selected shipping company.

3. Preparation deadlines

All our products are handmade and made to order, so the preparation time may vary between 5 and 15 days, depending on the piece purchased and the volume of work at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times will depend on the shipping company and the package's destination. These times may vary, and we cannot guarantee an exact arrival date.

In case of delays beyond our control, we will do everything possible to assist the customer and provide updated information.

5. Shipping Rates

Domestic shipping (Spain): free for orders over €200.

International shipping: free for orders over €400.

For orders below these amounts, shipping rates will be displayed during the checkout process based on the destination.

6. Transport companies

Depending on the type of order and destination, we collaborate with different logistics providers to guarantee the most suitable, fast and safe delivery available in each case.

7. Delays and solutions

In the event of significant delays, we will contact the customer to inform them and offer alternatives, such as:

Full refund of the order.

Exchange for another item of the same value.

8. Tracking number

Once the order has been shipped, the customer will receive the tracking number provided by the shipping company via email.

9. Delivery problems

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct address and ensure they can receive the package.
If the transport company cannot deliver the order due to an incorrect address, absence, or lack of management in the collection, the resulting additional costs will be borne by the customer.
