Workshop Terms and Conditions

General information

Petite A Studio offers different glass learning and experience formats:

Group workshops

• Maximum 6 participants

• Duration: 4 hours

• Dates selected by the studio

• Techniques: solid or blown glass

• No prior experience required

Friends & Glass experiences

• Maximum 8 participants

• Duration: 2 hours

• Includes drinks and snacks

• Selected dates

• No prior experience required

Regular classes

• 2-hour weekly classes

• Groups with a fixed day

• Prior experience required

Bookings and payment methods

All experiences require full payment in advance to confirm the booking. Regular classes require an initial online deposit, and the remaining payment is made on the first day of class.

Bookings can be made via the website (Shopify) or in-store using the payment methods available for each channel.

Cancellation policy

Workshops and Friends & Glass

Cancellations made at least 5 calendar days in advance will receive a voucher for the amount paid. For late cancellations, no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

Regular classes

The deposit is non-refundable, and once paid, the monthly fee is non-refundable.

Changes and no-shows

No-shows without prior notice will result in the loss of the amount paid. For workshops and experiences, no changes are allowed outside the cancellation period.

Make-up classes (regular classes)

In case of illness, make-up classes can be taken within the same month, or 50% of the class value will be applied to the next month's payment.

For travel or other reasons, a minimum of 7 calendar days' notice is required, and 50% of the class value will be applied to the next month's payment. This option is limited to once every 3 months.

Renewal and cancellation of spot (regular classes)

To discontinue for the following month, 10 calendar days' notice must be given. Otherwise, the spot will be considered renewed.

Punctuality

Please be punctual. For workshops and experiences, arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

Minimum number of participants

The indicative minimum is 4 participants. However, Petite A Studio reserves the right to continue the activity without reaching the minimum or to cancel it if deemed necessary.

In case of cancellation by the studio, options of 1) change of date or 2) full refund will be offered.

Private workshops

Require a minimum of 5 people and can be requested via: hello@petiteastudio.com. Full payment in advance is required for confirmation.

Discounts

A 5% discount is offered for bookings of 2 people and a 10% discount for bookings of 3 or more people. For purchases made through the website, the discount is applied automatically.

Age and requirements

Participants must be of legal age, or minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Regular classes require prior experience.

Finished pieces

All pieces created during the session can be collected on the same day.

Safety and responsibility

Activities involve the use of specific tools and materials. Participants engage in the activity at their own risk.

Petite A Studio has an emergency kit and has the necessary measures to act in case of incidents. However, it is not responsible for injuries resulting from the activity.

Cancellations by Petite A Studio

Petite A Studio may cancel or modify activities due to:

• Lack of participants

• Illness

• Force majeure

In such cases, options of 1) change of date, or 2) full refund will be offered.

Use of images

During activities, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes, including their use on social media, website, and advertising campaigns (including Meta Ads).

If a participant does not wish to appear in such content, they must notify the workshop instructor before the activity begins.

Acceptance of terms

The purchase or booking of any activity implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
