At Petite A Studio, each piece is handcrafted in our Barcelona workshop, combining hand-worked glass with carefully selected metal elements.

We work with borosilicate glass, a material renowned for its high resistance, lightness, and durability. This type of glass withstands temperature changes and continuous use better than other glass, allowing us to create solid pieces without losing delicacy.

All glass components are made entirely in our workshop, by hand and without the use of molds. Therefore, there may be slight variations in shape, size, or color, which are part of the unique character of each piece.

The metal products are made of 18k gold-plated brass. For these processes, we collaborate with local artisans in Barcelona, specialized in casting and plating. To ensure greater durability, all pieces, except earrings and charms, have a 3-micron plating.

Product Care

Our pieces are designed for daily use, but they require conscious care to preserve their condition over time.

Glass

Borosilicate is a resistant material, but not unbreakable. That is why we recommend:

• Avoid blows, drops, or excessive pressure

• Store each piece separately, preferably in its box or pouch

• Avoid contact or friction with other objects, especially metals

Gold-plated brass

Gold plating is a finish that, by its nature, does not last forever. Its wear is part of the use and evolution of the piece. To prolong its durability we recommend:

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, creams, and chemical products

• Remove pieces before showering, swimming, or exercising

• Avoid prolonged sweating

• Store pieces individually to avoid friction

• Clean gently with a dry cloth

The durability of the plating will depend on the use, the care of each piece, and other factors such as skin pH.

Repairs or Defective Products

Our pieces are designed to last, but they can be damaged with use or by accident. We recommend checking your order upon receipt. If you detect any defect, damage, or error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess it:

• If the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, we will take care of the repair or replacement at no additional cost.

• If the damage is a consequence of use, accident, or improper handling, we can offer a repair service with cost, depending on the case.

Due to the nature of fire-worked glass, some pieces cannot be repaired and must be completely remade.

Out of Stock

We work artisanally and in limited productions to guarantee the quality of each piece. When a product is out of stock, you can sign up for availability notifications from the product page itself. Since we produce in-house, many pieces can become available again within a relatively short period.

Special Requests

We offer the possibility of adapting our pieces by order. All designs with metal can be made in gold or silver upon request. We can also adapt glass pieces in other sizes or colors.
