Customers within the European Union (EU)

Prices published on our website for customers residing in European Union member countries include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with current legislation. No additional charges for taxes or customs duties will be applied to deliveries made within the EU territory.

Customers outside the European Union

The prices indicated on our website do not include local taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply in countries outside the European Union. The customer will be responsible for all taxes, duties, and additional costs imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country, which will be paid directly at customs by the recipient.

It is important to note that customs clearance procedures may cause delivery delays beyond the initially estimated dates. Any additional costs arising from these delays will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
